SSI Hawley (Donna) and adults of Yorkshire N&W
My Story
This will be the 4th year that I will be helping the ACCT but this year, I will be doing one of the challenges with some amazing adult instructors from Yorkshire North and West and Gina Ginelli. Last year I biked from London to Amsterdam which was the toughest challenge I had ever done , especially the first day where I climbed 4200 feet (I had to dig deep that day and just kept thinking I'm doing this to help the cadets and adults of the ACF.) This year, I'm doing 4 challenges, two of the routes I have never done before, plus an online challenge of biking 2025 miles in 12 months. I thought to myself, while I'm doing these challengers for the ACCT, why not help other charities so I am helping 4 other charities as well! Last year I was awarded an ACCT award for my voluntary work in 2023 and I also recieved a BCA (v) award for the charity work I have done over the years. For me, I felt immence pride of what I had achived. I hope you can help or come and join us on the rides (if you like!) and no matter how small the donation, every donation is appreciated. Thank you SSI Hawley BCA ( v )
